Refund and Returns Policy – Sea of Spa

1. Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your Sea of Spa purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return process is simple and fair.

2. Returns

• You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
• To initiate a return, please email admin@seaofspa.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
