We want you to be completely happy with your Sea of Spa purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return process is simple and fair.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
